How does ESCO model work?

The ESCO (Energy Supply Company) installs an AC Heating Air-to-Water Heat Pump system solution and links it into the existing distribution system. The business pays the ESCO 80% of its previous heating/hot water bill – this is index linked to oil / lpg prices. The capital cost of the equipment is funded by the ESCOthe business does not have to make any capital investment.

Will I have any guaranteed savings?

You will get a guaranteed 20% reduction of thermal costs – year-on-year. (Heating and Hot Water)

Who is the ESCO model suitable for?

The ESCO model is ideal for larger businesses like Hotels, Nursing Homes, Leisure Centre and Farms.

What are the KEY benefits?

Improved comfort levels as the heating system operates on a 24/7 temperature maintenance basis. Immediate reduction in heating/hot water costs of 20% with potentially much larger savings. There is no capital investment required. And last but not least, the ESCO model will significantly reduced boiler maintenance costs.
